All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Once payment has been processed, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.

We currently charge £5.99 for our standard delivery. We offer Free Delivery if you spend £60 or more. Depending on your location, standard delivery may take between 2-5 business days from when the order is processed. If you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.



We currently charge £8.99 for Next Day Delivery. Please note: if you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day, and therefore be delivered two days after it was placed. Once your delivery has left our premises it’s at the mercy of Royal Mail. This means that we can’t take responsibility for any delays on their end. We will do our very best to make you aware of any delays and to let you know what you can expect should such a situation arise.


Any item can be refunded, provided it is returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email to arrange the return, including your order number and product details. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. If your order is taking longer and you believe your items may have been lost in transit, please notify us within 20 days of your order date. If our tracking system indicates they have not been delivered or have been lost in transit, you will be eligible to apply for a refund or
replacement. If our tracking system indicates your items have been delivered safely, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us at
